Celebrate Canada! This heirloom quilt is presented as a 10-month block of the month program. The quilt involves minimal piecing and instructions are given for raw edge appliqué. Shop cutting instructions and tips are given. The fabrics shown in the Northwinds quilt are from the 'Greetings from Canada Collection' by Lynette Jensen of Thimbleberries. These fabrics (available until 2010) and the pattern, are available in Canada exclusively through Trend-Tex Fabrics Inc.
